Martina Aldrich
Martina has a comprehensive background in personal
training and group exercise instructon. Her 17 years
of experience have touched the Newport community with
great workouts and training that enhance the mind,
body, heart and soul. Martina’s expert knowledge
of fitness prepares her clients for proper technique
and individual body design. Her lifelong commitment
to fitness, along with her energy enthusiasm gives
her clients results that will last a lifetime. Her

cardio, Pilates, fit yoga, core stabilization, and

Lisa Cecchi
Lisa Cecchi has degrees in Physical Education, Mathematics,
and a Masters Degree in Business. Lisa attended school
at the USMA at West Point, The University of Louisville,
and Webster University. Lisa was a collegiate swimmer
and competed in NCAA championship events. She has
competed in several triathlons, biathlons, and various
distance road races including six marathons. She placed
3rd overall woman in the 2005 Quebec City Marathon.
Lisa is an AFAA certified personal trainer who concentrates
on functional training, sports specific training,
and post-rehab training. She has six children. She
states, “My life is my family and my husband,
Michael, is my inspiration.”

Jon Smyth
Jon’s been a personal for 11 years and a natural
bodybuilder for 10 years. In 1999, Jon earned his
professional status as a bodybuilder. He’s competed
in Boston, Providence, New York, Los Angeles, and
Sardinia, Italy. Jon is the North Kingston Special
Olympics Power-lifting coach. Jon trains his youngest
brother Gregory, who holds the state record for dead
lifting 175lbs! He also trains Norm March who inspired
